On the first day of tips and tricks my MLS gave to me, a mobile search in Kurio.
On the second day of tips and tricks my MLS gave to me, two ways of searching.
On the third day of tips and tricks my MLS gave to me, three links to Realist.
On the fourth day of tips and tricks my MLS gave to me, four sites worth viewing.
The CT Statewide MLS has four websites that are used for decidedly purposes. These sites are your life blood as a member of the CTMLS. So…on with the site map.
1.) http://ctmls.mlxchange.com: This is the site that you will use to access all CTMLS real estate information. You will add your listings here, search for listings, set up automated searches for clients and access all other services that CTMLS offers. This is a MUST bookmark site.
2.) http://www.ctreal.com: This is the official public search engine of the Connecticut Association of REALTORS®. When you have clients looking for CT homes for sale or any other CT real estate, this is the site to send them to find it.
3.) http://m.ctreal.com: The companion mobile site to CTReal.com, this site can be accessed using any web-enabled mobile device to search MLS listings on the go. There is a REALTOR® log-in and the application is also available for use by the public to search CTMLS listings on their smart phone or tablet. REALTORS® can access agent remarks and ShowingAssist through this site.
4.) http:ctmls.ctreal.com: This website might look familiar, because it is the one you are on right now. This is the corporate hub for the CT Statewide MLS. Find forms you might need, get help with questions you have and even watch brief tutorial videos to help explain some of the functionality of the other sites I mentioned above. It’s all right here.
Now that your bookmarks have gotten a work out, maybe it’s time for a holiday cookie or two…you’ve earned it.
