Introducing The CTMLS Skills Workshop

CTMLS Connecticut Real Estate photos
Here at CTMLS we believe we can be a resource to you for all things Connecticut real estate.  Having your listings on the MLS is far more then just adding a photo and sending it off these days.  You need to be skilled in the art of photography, Internet Marketing, mobile technologies and the list goes on and on.  That’s why, on top of all of our other training resources relating to the MLS, we’re introducing the CTMLS Skills Workshop.

Over the course of the next couple of months we’ll be working with professionals who practice each and every skill you need to operate your business to help give you the tricks of the trade. We’re excited to help arm you with the tools you need to not only do all of the things required of you in this new world order, but to do them exceptionally well and better serve your clients.

The first CTMLS Skills Workshop is How To: Take Great Photos. This six part series will run from today through Monday September 3rd and will cover everything from lighting your shots to which angles to use and even a brief overview of what you should be looking for from your point and shoot camera.

<< Start watching the first episode in the series, "Start With A Shot List" here >>

We’ve teamed up with Bruce Peter of Bruce Peter Media to provide this step-by-step workshop that will help you take the best photos you can for your Connecticut real estate listings.

The best part of it all, Bruce has offered to answer any questions you might have along the way. Think of it as a Masterclass for taking great photos. Just put your question in the comments below and Bruce will answer them as they come in.

Take five minutes today to watch the first episode of our CTMLS Skills Workshop. Then, let us know what you think. What could be better? What do you want to hear more of? The more we hear the better the next series will be and hopefully the better for you.

Tips and photos were a great help. If you only have a point & shoot, what lighting /camera settings are best? Vacant house caused sound problem in video.
    Thank you!
