A couple of months ago, CTMLS announced our partnership with CoreLogic to provide you with access to Data Co-Op. This powerful tool is a great way to access CTMLS data for a number of reasons, not the least of which is the fact that it is cross-browser and cross-platform compatible. It’s very easy for folks who are working in a down CT real estate market to feel that the general public will ever come back to buying a home and that the market will turn around. Compliance Blog: Availibilty To Show

Article 3 Standards of Practice 3-8 states that REALTORS® shall not misrepresent the availability of access to show or inspect a listed property and Licensing laws state that all REALTORS® must cooperate with each other. The MLS is a place where REALTORS® cooperate and make offers of compensation with each other.
