Membership Blog: Where To Find Help
There are many different ways to get answers to your questions about MLXchange. The CTMLS trainers offer live on-line webinars on a variety of topics as well as in-office training sessions to our members at no charge. You can also call your Service Center or the CTMLS office to get help. But what do you do in the middle of the night when our offices are closed? You may find your answer in one of the numerous one-minute videos and in-depth training presentations available at any time under the Learn tab. Membership Blog: What does your Service Center do for CTMLS?
Most of you think of your CTMLS service center as your Board of REALTORS®. The boards (or associations) provide a variety of services and are primarily responsible for offering continuing education courses that are required to maintain a Connecticut real estate license. Boards serve as hubs of communication for their members, providing opportunities for networking and dissemination of information on legislative, financial, legal, marketing and other issues that are of interest to their members. They often arrange for speakers and other training sessions on a variety of issues of timely concern. Membership Blog: Level of Access = Level of Membership (and Benefits!)
Members of the Connecticut Multiple Listing Service enjoy many benefits from membership in our service, but most of these services are available only to those who have Full Access membership. Agents with offices operating in Fairfield County that have chosen to reclassify as Secondary offices are allowed to choose between Full Access and Limited Access membership. Those agents who have opted for Limited Access are allowed to enter and amend listings in MLXchange, but do not have access to the variety of resources and tools that CTMLS makes available. Passwords are like keys, used to unlock doors that open to hidden treasures. Consider the passwords you have and why. What do they unlock? When you were given your CTMLS User ID and Password, it was to allow access for you to enter and amend listings, perform searches, run reports, and take advantage of the variety of services that CTMLS provides, such as Data Co-Op and Kurio.
