Over the past few weeks our compliance department has been hard at work creating new, easier to follow definitions of all the listing entry fields that are found in the MLS. Some of these were to redefine items that may have changed in our Rules & Regulations, but most were to make clearer the definition of each field. One of those fields that has been updated is the Hubbard Y/N field. We get a lot of questions about this particular field and how to properly use it. The new definition is below. If you’re anything like me, science wasn’t quite your thing in high school. Heck, if you’re anything like me, science was NEVER your thing. No matter how hard I tried to be interested in erupting volcanoes and the periodic table of elements, I just couldn’t get my mind wrapped around it. CTMLE now offers a Limited Access membership for only $10.10/month which allows you to enter and amend listings that will be seen by 10,000+ CTMLS members throughout the state of Connecticut as well as Rhode Island, Westchester/Putnam New York and anyone who searches using Data Co-Op.
