Top Ten FusionMLS Enhancements – #7 Multi-Search Function

Last week we spent some time detailing a whole host of the enhancements that are now available in FusionMLS in this brief video. However, I think it is helpful to go through a number of these enhancements in more detail. One of these many enhancements is the multi-search function. Multi-search function is just a fancy way of saying tabbed searching. Similarly to how you would use your web browser of choice, but opening a new search in a new tab so you can keep all of your web pages open at the same time, the multi-search function lets you do that right inside FusionMLS. Start your first search and when you’re ready for a new search just open a new tab and start searching, it’s really easy. The multi-search function can come in really Read more [...]More Reading:Do More Business On Your Tablet – Upcoming Training Dates A BIG Thank You To Apple at Westfarms Tonight Is The Night Get Ready For Fusion MLS With May Training 5 Ways You Could Use CTMLS To Value Downton Abbey

Compliance Blog: Concessions

It’s the single most magical word any Connecticut REALTOR® can hear. It will get grown men to skip through the streets and grown women to pump their fists in glee. CTMLS Chooses Not To Adopt RPR At This Time

After careful review and consideration of the REALTOR® Property Resource (RPR) and other similar products, the CTMLS Board of Directors has decided not to adopt RPR at this time. CTMLS Services vs. RPR: When comparing RPR to the products and services CTMLS already offers (especially the statewide tax data, foreclosure data, REO, and short sale data) it became clear that CTMLS’ Realist data was both more accurate and more frequently updated than what RPR currently provides. Our conclusion was confirmed by multiple other MLSs that have adopted RPR, but found it fell short of their expectations. WHAT THIS MEANS FOR CTMLS MEMBERS: As a product of the National Association of REALTORS® and paid for by your REALTOR® dues dollars, Read more [...]More Reading:CTMLS Holiday Hours and Technical Support Information on the REALTOR® Property Resource and CTMLS Draft Agenda For 2012 Council of MLSs Conference Important News from CAR: More Property Condition Disclosure Changes Not Just Another CT Real Estate Blog
