You may have heard some chatter about a membership option that lets you input listings to MLXchange for just a small fee. Well, it’s true. CTMLE now offers a Limited Access membership for only $10.10/month which allows you to enter and amend listings that will be seen by 10,000+ CTMLS members throughout the state of Connecticut as well as Rhode Island, Westchester/Putnam New York and anyone who searches using Data Co-Op. This membership level still lets you expose your CT homes for sale to the largest MLS in the state, while minimizing the cost to your business.
